Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller identification

The GreenTahr shop is operated by NOVO GREEN PROTEIN, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B22824718 and registered address at Pol. Valldepins, C/ Berlín 26, 43550 Ulldecona, Tarragona, España.

These terms govern the use of the shop and the purchases made in it. They are supplemented by our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, privacy policy and any specific terms shown before you place an order.

2. Customer account

To make purchases you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and provide accurate, up-to-date contact, billing and delivery details.

You must keep access to your account secure and tell us if you notice any unauthorised use. You may not impersonate other people or use their details without authorisation.

3. Product information

The characteristics, composition, allergens, format and directions for use of the products are shown on their product pages and labelling. Review this information before buying and consuming the product.

Images are for illustration only and colours may vary depending on your screen. This does not limit our obligation to deliver products that conform to the description and characteristics agreed.

Changes to product pages will not alter the terms of orders already placed.

4. Ordering process

To buy, select the products, their variants and quantities and, where available, a one-off purchase or subscription.

Before confirming your order you can review the products, correct your details and see the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. Confirming the purchase entails an obligation to pay.

You will receive your order confirmation and the related information by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

If we cannot fulfil an order due to lack of availability or another justified reason, we will let you know and refund, without undue delay, any amounts charged for products we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or charge additional amounts without your consent.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

You can pay using the methods available on the payment screen. You must be authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Changes to prices and promotions apply to future purchases and do not alter the amount of orders already confirmed.

If we find an error in a price or in the details of an order, we will contact you to resolve it while respecting your rights. We will not make additional charges without your consent.

6. Promotions and Club GreenTahr

Public offers are shown on product pages and are subject to the conditions and dates stated.

Club GreenTahr is a voluntary membership programme. You do not need to belong to the Club to make one-off purchases in the shop.

To access its benefits you must complete the membership form, meet the conditions explained when you register and log in with the account linked to your active membership. Creating a customer account or simply subscribing to marketing communications does not, in itself, make you a member of the Club.

The price and discounts for your purchase type will be shown before you confirm your order. The Club’s 5% discount on one-off purchases cannot be combined with the subscription discount.

Leaving the Club means losing its benefits for future purchases, without affecting rights arising from orders already placed. Reactivating marketing communications does not in itself reactivate membership: you will need to complete the membership process again.

Data processing and marketing communication preferences are explained in the privacy policy and in the membership form.

7. Recurring purchases

The subscription option is reserved for active Club GreenTahr members.

By taking it out, you authorise the recurring charges for the products, frequency, price and shipping costs shown and accepted at sign-up. A one-off purchase does not create a subscription.

The subscription applies its own discount and does not add the Club’s 5% discount for one-off purchases.

You can request cancellation from the section where you manage your recurring purchases or by contacting info@greentahr.com. To prevent the next charge, cancellation must be made before that charge is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals; orders already generated are handled in line with their cancellation and return terms and the applicable statutory rights.

Pause and resume options are not offered. To subscribe again after cancelling, you will need to sign up again from the product page, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.

Any change to the terms of an active subscription will be notified in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law, allowing you to cancel before it takes effect.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores.

Rates, free shipping conditions and applicable delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and during checkout.

If there is an issue or a delay, contact us so we can deal with it. Handing the goods over to the carrier does not release us from our obligations to the consumer.

Where transport is arranged or offered by GreenTahr, the risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, physically receive the products.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can request the cancellation of an order before it is prepared. If it has already been prepared or shipped, we will inform you of the options available, without limiting your statutory right of withdrawal.

As a general rule, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, subject to the legally applicable exceptions. The steps, deadlines, address and costs are set out in our returns and refunds policy.

For returns following withdrawal, you can book and pay for your own transport or ask GreenTahr to arrange it for €7 per return. This charge does not apply to issues that GreenTahr is responsible for resolving.

10. Conformity and guarantees

The products are subject to the applicable statutory conformity and guarantee rights. No provision of these terms excludes or reduces those rights.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact info@greentahr.com so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy, at no cost to you where we are legally required to bear the costs.

11. Use of the website and intellectual property

The content, images, designs, trade marks and other elements of the shop belong to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may use the website to consult information and make purchases. Its content may not be reproduced or exploited without authorisation, except for uses permitted by law.

Nor is it permitted to introduce malicious software, access accounts or systems without authorisation, carry out fraudulent transactions or interfere with the operation of the shop.

12. Customer reviews and content

If you post a review, it must be based on your own experience and respect other people’s rights. Do not post third parties’ personal information, unlawful content or fake reviews.

By submitting a review you authorise its publication and use to display ratings of the product or the shop, in accordance with the privacy policy. This authorisation does not transfer ownership of your content.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, unrelated to the product or that infringes third-party rights. We will not delete reviews solely because they are negative.

13. Shopify and third-party services

The shop uses Shopify technology to provide its e-commerce services. The seller of the products and the party with whom you conclude the purchase is NOVO GREEN PROTEIN, S.L., under the GreenTahr brand.

The involvement of Shopify, payment providers, carriers or other service providers does not limit our obligations as the seller or the rights granted to you by applicable law.

External sites linked from our website have their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, where you will find information on its purposes, recipients and how to exercise your rights.

Accepting these terms of sale does not amount to consenting to any advertising use of your data.

15. Liability and changes to these terms

We will be liable for our obligations in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited or any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Each order is governed by the terms accepted when it was placed. Changes affecting active subscription contracts will be notified and applied in accordance with the relevant legislation.

If any clause is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in force to the extent legally permissible.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence, where applicable.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent bodies in accordance with applicable law, respecting consumer rights regarding jurisdiction and venue.
