Recurring purchases

By signing up to a recurring purchase subscription, you authorise the periodic charges for the product and frequency selected. The applicable terms and amounts are shown when you sign up.

Cancelling your subscription

To avoid the next charge, you must cancel your subscription before it is processed.

You can manage and cancel your subscription from the subscriptions section of your account. If you need help, contact info@greentahr.com.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel orders that have already been generated. To request the cancellation or return of one of those orders, contact us; the applicable terms and your statutory rights will apply.

Subscriptions cannot be paused or resumed. If you want to receive a product regularly again after cancelling, you need to place a new recurring purchase from its product page.

Club GreenTahr membership

Recurring purchases are tied to Club GreenTahr membership. Leaving the Club means the linked subscriptions are cancelled.

If you turn off marketing emails, you also leave the Club. Turning those emails back on does not restore your membership or reactivate cancelled subscriptions. To rejoin the Club, you need to complete the sign-up form again and, if you want a recurring purchase, set it up again.
